CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for entrusting your aesthetic care with us at BOUTIQUE MEDICAL AESTHETICS. We strive to provide our clients with the most professional services and highest level of quality care in a timely and efficient manner.

When we schedule your appointment with us, we dedicate one hour of our professional time and attention to your treatment and aesthetic plan.  This ensures you are receiving quality, customized care in a calm and serene environment without being “rushed”

When a client cancels without ample notice, it affects the continuity of care for that patient and also the patient that was not able to book that time slot

Effective January 1, 2023 we are implementing a cancellation/rescheduling/no-show and late arrival policy

All clients will be required to provide a valid credit card to book/confirm appointments.

Complete details will be sent when you book through the online booking portal

We are sensitive and understanding of extenuating circumstances. There may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If this is the case, please contact us and we may be able to credit your fee towards your next appointment.
